Deferred maintenance debate grips Kansas colleges and lawmakers
Kansas lawmakers weigh how to tackle a 700 million dollar maintenance backlog across six state colleges. Kansas State University and University of Kansas face the largest needs, and neighboring states are expanding maintenance investments.
