Six year old shooter in Flint area faces slim charges
Genesee County Prosecutor Arthur Busch described the boy as a victim of a chaotic home and drug culture. The 6 year old used a stolen .32 caliber handgun found loaded in a bedroom at a party house described as a flophouse. Kayla Rolland died after the shot at Buell Elementary School.
