Anniversary Reunion Highlights Rantoul High Alumni Dinner
Ralph Focht of Anaheim California guest speaker at a basket dinner hosted by the Rantoul Alumni Association at the high school gym. The Fochts celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with about 125 attendees, including nearly 50 alumni. The class of 1928 had the largest turnout, with nine living graduates present.

Dinner Held For Family in Ottawa and Rantoul
A covered dish dinner was held Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Guyett in Rantoul. Guests included Cathy, Mike Jeff, Lynda, Scarlett Guyett, Estel Schmoe of Burbank California, Earl Schmoe of Noveta, Don, Lolita, Larry Schmoe of Gower Missouri, Marion Schmoe and children Merlin Dale Audra of Rantoul, Jack Nichols and family Kimberly Jim Lance in Richmond, Homer Schmoe and Chris, Floyd Schmoe with Ronnie and David, Henry Butler, George Schmoe and Starleen, Jean Dorothy and Virgie Schmoe, and Mrs. John Sink, all of Ottawa. Estel Schmoe left Monday for California after a two week visit with relatives and friends at Ottawa and Rantoul.

A Sunday afternoon shower for Miss Anne Casida bride elect of Rick Wood was hosted at 404 S Mulberry by Pam Mavity and Mrs Gene Mavity. The wedding date is July 17.
