A Michigan custody ruling returns 5-year-old Duong Quoc Tuan to his Vietnamese mother Duong Bich Van after a three day hearing. Elsewhere in Virginia, Judge Mason ruled the adoption of two Vietnamese boys by Army Lt Col and Mrs Glenn Kohler was legal, despite their mother Ngu Yen Thi Phuc seeking to reclaim them.
