New Air Filter Plant Opens In Ottawa With Growth Plans
Keith and Sharon Gutreuter launch Air Technologist Inc in Ottawa’s old Southwestern Bell building, making industrial air filters. Four workers today with a fifth soon, planned staff doubling by July, aided by preexisting distributor networks and orders from IBM building and Sears Tower. The couple, veterans of the field, anticipate strong demand for a new overspray paint filtration product as EPA rules push higher solids in paints.
