Roger M Waggy 88 formerly of Ottawa and Lincoln Ark died Tuesday June 20 2000 at Stormont Vail Regional Health Center Topeka Graveside services 2 p m Friday at Highland Cemetery Born April 27 1912 in Peabody son of Chester A Waggy and Leora A Wagner Waggy he was a farmer and stock man He moved from Ottawa to Lincoln in 1976 then to Vassar in May He attended Burns schools served in the US Army Air Force 1942 1945 He married Irene M Chambers March 6 1954 in Ottawa She died January 17 1997 Survivors include four sisters and two brothers among others Memorial to the Kansas Heart Association. Erma M Hiatt 92 Ottawa died Wednesday at Shawnee Mission Medical Center arrangements are by Lamb Roberts Heise Funeral Home.
