Mrs Luella Downey 81 died last night at Ran som Memorial hospital where she had been taken Friday. She lived at 319 East Fourth and moved to Ottawa in 1937 from Lincoln Illinois born October 29 1873 in Lincoln. Surviving are a daughter Mrs Phil W Baldwin St Paul and two sons Fred R Altice Kangas City and Harvey R Altice Omaha seven grandchildren 19 great grandchildren a sister Mrs Hattie Major Mason City Iowa and a brother Fred Dyer Montague Michigan. She was a member of First Methodist church Royal Neighbors N C clubs. Funeral Wednesday at 2 pm from Lamb funeral home with Rev Charles P Knight officiating. Interment in Scott Valley cemetery Miamis county.
