Former Chase County sheriff sued in federal harassment case

A former Chase County sheriff and the county Board of Commissioners are named in a federal suit filed June 12 in Topeka by three women who allege repeated sexual advances while they served as dispatchers in 1994 and 1996. Two plaintiffs remain in the dispatch unit. one resigned.
