Obituary for Donald E. Masten of Osceola Missouri
Donald Eugene Masten, 64, Osceola, Mo., died June 6, 2003 at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City. Born Jan 29, 1939 near Rockville, he served in the U S Navy, married Betty Schierick (d. 1964) then Georgia Broyles (m. 1965. later divorced). An electrician and business owner, he helped found the Osage Country Gospel Band and was a Kansas National Guard recruiter. Survived by two sons Gary and Darren, two daughters Teresa and Donita, eight grandchildren, and several siblings. burial in Benton Green Cemetery, Osceola.
