Richmond civic group gets big boost for playground project
Richmond Area Civic Organization received a $400 donation from the children of the late John and Eve Roeckers. The funds will buy playground equipment and a hand crafted swing set on city property near Oakhaven Nursing Center, with further equipment to follow. The new group, RACO, supports Richmond and surrounding areas and plans monthly meetings.
