Truckload of Bones Ties Two Men to Disappearances Near Wilseyville
Investigators uncovered bones estimated at up to 25 victims along with sex tapes and photos in a cabin shared by Leonard Lake and Charles Ng near Wilseyville Calaveras County. One tape shows a woman pleading for her baby as she is mistreated. Ng’s arrest warrant is being prepared as police probe a three year string of disappearances connected to Lake and Ng. Lake died after reportedly taking poison while under arrest. Police found a diary chronicling Lake’s acts and a second tape in which Lake threatens to poison himself if caught. Investigators also linked Lonnie Bond of San Diego to the case through the woman on the tape and possible ties to the missing persons.
