With the filing deadline nearing, three Ottawa residents filed for Franklin County offices: county commissioner county attorney and sheriff. Bill Ogle 833 B Wilson filed for the third district commissioner seat. Ogle runs a refrigeration business and, as a Democrat, plans to address county issues while his campaign progresses.
