Ottawa man Dimoush sentencing delayed to July for possession of child pornography

Richard Dimoush, 41, former Plaza Theater owner in Ottawa, pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography. Sentencing postponed from June 5 to July 17 in U.S. District Court Kansas City Kaw. maximum penalties include ten years imprisonment and a $250,000 fine. A related charge of sexually exploiting a minor was dismissed.
