TOPEKA AP The Kansas wheat crop reached an all time high quality level as the Crop and Livestock Reporting Service released a final report. Tests on 9,975 cars from 102 counties showed an average test weight of 62.3 points per bushel up from 62 last year and 62.1 in 1966. Protein averaged 12 percent, moisture 12 percent, dockage and defects below average. Production was estimated at a record 308.07 million bushels based on July 1 conditions.
