Topeka VA unit leads in alcohol and drug treatment
Dr. Roy Lacoursiere fronted a decade of reform at the Topeka VA Medical Center's chemical dependence unit. Half of entrants are sober for a year post treatment, while 15 to 25 percent may relapse.
