In Dousman Wisconsin AP a 30th annual Wisconsin State Championship Frog Jump drew contestants from California Idaho and Arizona to the field near Milwaukee. Peggy Millane won with Scooter Two leaping 17 feet 4 inches, Erin Hendricks 5, failed with 7 feet 8 inches. Contestants used hops, taps and shouts, while some fed frogs dead or live flies and even beer.

Expert Sees Brief Gasoline Price Dip, Likely Rise Ahead
In Los Angeles AP reports oil analyst Dan Lundberg says gasoline prices fell about two tenths of a cent in two weeks, the first drop in six months, but he warns prices will rise as refiners' docked oil supplies meet only slightly lower crude costs.
