Missing child found with new tech and quick action
Ottawa Police and Franklin County Sheriff's deputies used the ACIM alert system to broadcast a missing three year old description to landlines within a one mile radius. Residents helped search and the girl was found sleeping on a sofa in a vacant apartment on South 17th Street.
