Engines roared and black smoke belched as Steve Miller drove an ARCO Allis in the Tractor Pro Stock class at the Outlaw Truck and Tractor Pull during Sunday afternoon at the Franklin County Fair. Dust filled the air while the tractor front end rose off the ground. Ottawa area children chased ribbons in the calf scramble rodeo Saturday evening at the fair.
