The city governing body of Ottawa Kansas passes Ordinance No 2584 prohibiting one way glass or adhesive films on front windshields side windows and rear windows of motor vehicles and forbidding highly reflective head lamps. Violations are misdemeanors with fines from 10 to 100 dollars effective after publication.
