Ottawa High School Cyclonettes drill team members attended a National Cheerleaders Association superstar camp in Emporia. They earned 78 blue ribbons 16 red and 11 white plus a sweepstakes trophy. RMH Board notes 1982 half-year finance shift and donations
The RMH Board reports a donor gave 2500 for a datascope and the Auxiliary contributed 1000 for surgical equipment. Six months ending June 30 show in patient revenue $18,845.35 under budget and out patient revenue $32,535.16 over budget, total patient revenues $2,053,070.81. Operating expenses were 1,929,315.09, net operating revenue 1,980,865.69 yielding a 51,550.60 gain. Non-operational revenues reached 170,183.37 with non-operational expenses at 126,099.78. Admissions through June were 1,228, down 106 from 1981, occupancy fell 3 percent, births at 26, major operations down 45, minor up 3, and outpatient operations up 46.
