Franklin County man Leviticus Houston 29 faces jury trial in November after allegedly kidnapping his girlfriend, driving her to a pond, and throwing her in while his two children listened in the back seat. A jailhouse phone call to his 6-year-old daughter showed him telling her not to talk to authorities. Det.
