Rezoning Debate Hinges on Property Value Concerns

Opponents argued the move favors a corporation, could transfer property value burdens, and critics questioned reapplication. Mission River had secured agreements from all seven nearby homeowners before seeking rezoning approval. Don Marconette said planners’ recommendation reflected majority support despite opposition.
