Jerry Springer the former Cincinnati mayor and talk show host will file papers to run for the U S Senate to avoid legal trouble over fundraising. Woman’s annulment ends two month marriage after amnesia
A Pennsylvania judge annulled Alma Tremmel’s two month marriage to Edward Wert after she claimed she could not recall the ceremony while hospitalized for pneumonia and mood disorders. Tremmel recalled a hospital minister and last rites during a 13 day stay, while Wert’s mother and Tremmel’s mother witnessed the license signing. Tremmel, a widowed mother, said she dated Wert out of loneliness and the groom did not contest the annulment.
