Socialettes and church circles plan fall meetings
Socialettes American Legion Auxiliary will not meet Tuesday with the next meeting due in September. Frances Kearney and Glenda Rhecler Circles of North Baptist Church to hold a joint meeting at the church Tuesday evening. Visiting Miss Rosemary Crist will be with her brother and sister-in-law in Wilmington Delaware. Mrs Bryce Wantland and children vacationing in Colorado Springs at her parents home and at her brother Dick Powell’s. Mr and Mrs Garland Hinkle and son returned from a two week trip visiting Louisiana Florida the Carolinas and the Smoky Mountains. Mrs Boyce A Rose and sons Monte and Tony Lee of Houston visiting her parents in Topeka and A V Habiger families. Mrs A F Lewis reports peak bloom of daylilies this week and invites visitors to her garden featuring Fairy Wings which topped the American Hemerowallis Society poll in 1960.
