Theft from farm equipment amid rural Richmond area
A gasoline siphon and miscellaneous hand tools were stolen Wednesday or Thursday from a combine owned by Charles Feuerborn, 45, of rural Richmond. The loss totaled $190. A non-injury accident occurred Thursday at Dairy Queen South in which Catherine R. Bien, 28, collided with Donald E. Sheler, 40, causing $500 damage to Sheler’s vehicle. Later Thursday a Conoco Travel Shoppe collision involved James L. Cogen, 27, striking a parked car owned by David L. Sauerssig, with $200 in damages.

OPEC Ministers Meet In Vienna To Set Production
OPEC ministers held an emergency session in Vienna to decide oil output limits with Iran demanding a bigger share and aiming to raise its quota from 2.2 million to about 3 million barrels per day. Saudi Arabia and Iraq rejected raising Iran’s cap while likely keeping the current ceiling and price benchmark at 34 dollars per barrel.
