Gary Kleypas, 41, was ruled competent to stand trial on charges of capital murder rape aggravated sodomy burglary and robbery in the death of Pittsburg State University home economics student Carrie Williams 20 of Parsons. The trial moves to Kansas City after a second competency hearing. Williams' body was found March 30 1996 in her Pittsburg duplex near Kleypas’s residence.
