Pet Shelter Needs Help From Community to Aid Animals
Franklin County's B Martin Peck Shelter relies on donations and volunteers to care for dogs and cats. Despite 50 years of service, only a fraction of animals find homes, with many euthanized. Visitors can view animals online 24 hours and volunteers are welcomed. Donations help cover care, feeding, and medical costs.

The tale contrasts official FBI searches with a homegrown theory, framing the event as a caution about security at the lab and the absurdities of official explanations.
