Wellsville approves water rate ordinance for city and outside districts
The Wellsville Kansas governing body adopts an ordinance setting water sales rates. Within city limits minimum 8.70 dollars for first 1000 gallons then 4.28 per 1000, outside limits 16.60 per 1000 with 5.07 thereafter. Bulk rate rises to 6.75 per 1000. Ordinance 631 repealed. ordinance takes effect after publication. Mayor John Wilhite signed June 26 1997. City Clerk Donna Reed attested.
