Miss Kansas City Queen For Garnett Car Races

Linda Pryor of Kansas City will be crowned Lake Garnett Grand Prix queen at the Garnett races July 7 and 8. Congressman Ellsworth will introduce her with a red rose bouquet. Don Stith will grant an honorary Rac- ing Association membership. Pryor, 19, daughter of Mr and Mrs Eugene Pryor, attends Kansas City Junior College and plays in the Civic Orchestra. American airman seized by East German police on border charge

An American airman Arvid R. Olson, 24, born in Cloquet Minnesota and home listed as Los Angeles California, was seized by East German police on the Berlin Wall border as a violator. He was arrested Thursday night and released Saturday after 36 hours in custody. A U.S. Air Force spokesman said the incident was under investigation.
