In Topeka, House Judiciary Chair Mike O Neal urged creating an oversight board for the Kansas Payment Center, run by Tier Technologies Inc., after delays in accepting and processing about 300000 monthly child support payments. SRS says 2 percent lack routine processing due to missing or incorrect data, with Tier owing penalties of about 144000 for late processing.
