RC&D Faces Possible Elimination In 1980 Budget
RC&D may lose funding as the 1980 budget draft omits the Lake Region program. Jack Hall notes local council input boosts perceived value, but funding remains uncertain. Several associate measures will receive Parks and Resources funding, while RC&D pursues water, park, and erosion projects across Anderson, Franklin, Linn, and nearby counties. The year could end without continued support.
