Kansas City Student Named Top High School Science Star
Daniel H. Wilson, 17, son of Lloyd H. Wilson and Yvette J. Wilson, is among 40 top high school science students awarded an all expenses paid trip to Washington on Feb. 24. He will compete for $11,000 in scholarships and attend a five day science talent institute after being notified yesterday for his project measuring surface tension of a water drop. Wilson plans to visit relatives in Houston and Dallas this Sunday and return around Feb. 10. He is a senior at Sumner Hugh school and the grandson of Mrs. J. H. Wilson.

Body of Slain Officer Found Near Pinto Creek Bridge
The body of 68 year old Henry Clay Heath a retired Coast Guard officer from Chandler Ariz was found near Miami after an FBI report that 18 year old hitchhiker George Emmett Moore confessed to shooting Heath Sheriff Jack Jones and Deputy Pete Puhara located the body beneath the Pinto Creek bridge over U S Highway 60 70 about five miles west of here the body had been dumped 200 feet below the canyon.
