Wood Fails to Place in IFR Rodeo at Tulsa
Jeannette Wood the 1988 World Champion Barrel Racer won two go rounds at the IFR in Tulsa but failed to place in the average. Wood said she hit a couple of barrels and knew she wouldn’t win the overall. Her horse Buster the 1988 Barrel Racing Horse of the Year ran well despite a prior viral infection. Connie Cooper of Tulsa led money winnings entering the IFR. Four Franklin County Farm Bureau members attended the Kansas Farm Bureau Policy Focus Seminar at McPherson January 22 23 to learn how to communicate with legislators.
