Hearing continued in sex case against Ottawa woman
The preliminary hearing for 24 year old Ottawa woman Stephanie Francine Brannan charged with aggravated indecent liberties with a 15 year old boy was continued. The victim was unavailable to testify and a new date is expected to be set for February 19 or February 25. Bond reduction from forty thousand to twenty thousand was denied. Brannan is also set to appear February 1 for a motion to revoke hearing.
