City seeks Beech Street development solution in Ottawa
City staff, directed by the city commission, are pursuing a plan to open Beech Street in the 1000 block to enable housing development. Ottawa University sent 15 teams from five states to the Pi Kappa Delta Plains Province and Prairie Dog Massacre tournaments at the University of Southern Colorado January 7 through 9. Lesley Baker led with first in Poetry Interpretation. Chris Buehler and Imani Glascow earned duo second. Baker and Buehler duo third. Adkins won two thirds in poetry and parliamentary debate.
