Appeal asked in 10 year old rape case in Kansas
Kansas Supreme Court heard bid to overturn a 10 year old boy's rape conviction claiming the confession was invalid without a parent or attorney present. Prosecutors note the case involved a 4 year old girl and that the boy later admitted the act after initial denials. The court is expected to rule by March 6.
