The Wellsville High freshmen basketball team finished third in the Osawatomie Freshmen Tournament. They lost 59-51 to Louisburg in the opener before routing Burlington 68-31 in the third place game. Jason Green led scoring with 10 points, while Scot McDaniel and Eric Turner added eight each. Turner and Bobby Douglas led rebounds with seven apiece. The Eagles improve to 3-3 and head to Santa Fe Trail Tuesday.
