AT&T Plan Cuts Kansas Long Distance Rates Approved
The Kansas Corporation Commission approved AT&T Communications rate restructuring claiming $4.1 million annual savings for Kansans. The plan raises some charges such as long distance directory assistance and operator assisted calls while adding a per call fee for certain lines and expanding a Reach Out Kansas promotional discount for rural customers.
