City of Princeton Franchise Ordinance Agreement
Legal notices state that after State Corporation Commission approval the Kansas company must file an unconditional written acceptance with the Princeton city clerk. The ordinance becomes binding from passage and publication, superseding prior understandings, with renegotiation per commission actions. The franchise was granted in January 1990 under K S A 12 824, and conflicts with any ordinances are repealed.
