Ottawa University distance runner Cindy Blakeley will transfer to Emporia State University for the spring with one year of eligibility left in each event. Blakeley, KCAC record holder in the 800 1500 and 3000, cited better coaching and facilities at ESU and will graduate assist in cross country and track after eligibility ends.
