Shane Haas of Wellsville is among 21 University of Kansas students named to the 14th class of University Scholars for 1994 95. The program selects high achieving undergraduates based on GPA, academic promise, and faculty evaluations with a scholar mentor and mandatory seminar. Haas is a sophomore electrical engineering major guided by mentor Robert E Palazzo. Local students named to SMSU honor roll.
