The nation saw little change with fog rain and snow in the mid continent and western states. Mild fair weather persisted in the southeast and much of the Northeast and Northern Plains. A light rain belt stretched from Texas to the Alleghenies with thunderstorms in Oklahoma and Kansas and snow in northeast Colorado and southeast Wyoming. Rain and snow showers affected Washington Oregon and the Pacific coast to San Francisco.
