The Franklin County Jail records show Hannah Toumberlin 18 of Pomona arrested Friday on three warrants at East Franklin Street. Police reports list Catherine Goins 46 and Rachel Payne 23 of Osawatomie detained Friday at Walmart on suspicion of shoplifting. Other arrests include Mikal Marlin 27 of Olathe for no insurance and traffic infraction, Andrew Montgomery 22 of Ottawa for domestic battery and property damage, Neary Houston 20 of Ottawa on a city warrant, Leslie Lowery 39 of Ottawa for battery on an officer, reckless driving and related charges, and George Ogle 45 of Ottawa for pedestrian under the influence and disorderly conduct.
Daily Report notes multiple Ottawa incidents Monday with suspects from Ottawa including Julian Howard 43 driving while suspended on South Main Street. Levi Oakes 30 on a Franklin County warrant and later arrested on other warrants. Bryan Kennedy 28 stopped for traffic violation facing driving while suspended no insurance and possession of drug paraphernalia along with a Kansas parole warrant.
A 17 year old Olathe girl reported a Wichita boy threatened her while in custody at the Franklin County Juvenile Detention Center. Later, accidents include a Wellsville 23 year old driver striking a deer on Stafford Terrace, an Ottawa 25 year old woman in a ditch after a tire blowout on Sand Creek Road, and an Ottawa 17 year old boy overturning a Ford Ranger on Rock Creek Road. No injuries reported.
A Friday report notes a dog attack on a woman’s dog in the 900 block of East Eighth Street. Saturday sees Samuel Carver cited on paraphernalia possession after a traffic infraction. Sunday, a woman on Canterbury Court reports harassment by a known Parsons man. Monday entries include Tatianna Hurst cited for marijuana and a 13 yearold runaway on East Wilson Street. Another Monday entry mentions a reported battery on West Seventh Street. A theft is recorded on North Sycamore Street where an unknown subject stole from a yard.
Friday records show assists on Main Street and Fiber Lane, a warrant service, a medical call, and a public assist on Walnut Street. Sunday lists a private property accident on Main Street and a fireworks complaint on Chilton Avenue. Monday notes a public assist on Downey Drive.
