Bonn West Germany AP Travel agents predict a 10 to 15 percent rise in West German tourists to the United States this year as the dollar falls. A Wichita committee formed to back Deryl K Schuster for the Republican nomination to the U S Senate announced its lineup. Chairman William R Murfin said the group includes Barbara Briscoe Arthur J Collins Jack N Brown Matt S Ross the Rev Roger Biddle Harriet C Shatzell and Bill Tucker. Schuster, 42, an Overland Park bank executive, is expected to announce his candidacy to replace retiring Sen James B Pearson.
