Tammy Lynn Payne sentencing delayed in four year old death case

Tammy Lynn Payne 40 faces continued sentencing in Franklin County District Court after pleading no contest to two counts of child endangerment and one count of driving under the influence. The March 12 2011 driveway accident that killed her 4 year old son Alex Bowles-Gregg led to a 0.14 BAC and prior DUI diversion.

Fire damages motor storage garage in Wellsville

Michael Stringfield returned home to a fire in the metal garage behind his Wellsville residence. The 4400 block Stafford Road site and its contents were a total loss with a damaged ATV and skid loader. A damage estimate has not yet been set.
