Forest Park sees Bark Park and Adventure Land start in Ottawa

Forest Park at 320 N Locust St in Ottawa launches a two-area Bark Park with a 0.5 acre small and 1.2 acre big dog run funded by Advantage Ford and the Gibson family as it nears a $50,000 goal. Nearby Forest Park Adventure Land playground project seeks volunteers for March 22 and 29 build sessions, aiming for a $150,000 target with $141,750 raised and an $8,000 gap. A Willie Nelson tribute concert March 29 at Ottawa Municipal Auditorium supports the playground fund, with donations also accepted at City Hall. Ottawa marks its 150th birthday with these community enhancements for residents and pets.
