Kansas City AP Missouri agriculture chief Don Thomason urged the state supreme court to decide if volume pricing by milk distributors is legal. At the 17 nation disarmament conference in Geneva the Soviet Union insists on three on-site inspections per year and rejects direct talks on a nuclear test ban. Deputy Foreign Minister Vasily Kuznetsov accuses the United States of bad faith for proposing two to four inspections and reneging.
