Franklin County Board Hears Fees and Appoints County Administrator
The February 7 2001 Franklin County Commission meeting led by Chairman Raymond R Carey discussed environmental health fees including installer waste hauler and inspector licenses plus permit and recycling related charges. The board approved a slate of fees, opened bids for culverts and tires, approved related resolutions and payroll changes, and moved to appoint Edward Young as County Administrator after a special meeting February 8.
