The Kansas House approved a redistricting map by a 109-14 vote, moving Rep. Bill Otto of Franklin County out of the district. Ottawa is split among three lawmakers, with Feuerborn opposing the bill while Gregory and Prescott supported it. Otto praised Franklin County and voted for the map despite reservations.
