Boiler Blast Damages Sublette Church
A boiler explosion caused a fire at the new Methodist Church in Sublette Kansas last Wednesday. Estimated damage is $50,000, confined to the boiler room, the kitchen and a meeting hall. The church, built in 1951 for about $125,000, was appraised by Pastor Rev. George Manley who has served the church for one month.
